Corporate Resolution and other participant forms to assist you
in administering your plan. In addition, we’ll prepare all
tax returns and filings as outlined by the IRS and Department
of Labor.
In the event of an IRS or Department
of Labor audit, Five Star
will offer audit services as necessary.
